Shipping Information
Shipping the puppy is a safe and easy process, with delivery typically taking place within 5-6 hours on the same day as the shipping date. Based on your location, the puppy will be delivered directly and non-stop. In my 14 years of experience, I have found that puppies are comfortable and not stressed during the shipping process. We use airlines to ship our puppies as it is the most efficient and secure method, especially for those living far away or in different states. The puppies travel in a specially designed pet kennel in an air-conditioned and pressurized compartment, separate from the passengers’ baggage.
Our shipping crates are clearly labeled with “LIVE Animals” and marked with the destination airport and buyer’s information. Before shipping, we ensure that the puppies are familiar with the crate and provide them with plenty of food and water inside. This ensures that they have enough supplies even if there are delays or overnight stays at the airport.
The health and well-being of our puppies are our top priority, so we only ship when we believe it is safe to do so. We verify the conditions at the point of arrival before shipping. Most shipments occur on Sundays and Mondays.
If you prefer, we also offer a nanny service where a trusted airline nanny can deliver the puppy directly to you, providing them with the care they need throughout the journey.
For customers interested in our kittens who are unable to pick them up in person, we can arrange for next or same day delivery to the nearest airport or to your home. Delivery times vary, but typically range from 4-8 hours within the US and up to 72 hours for international delivery.
There are certain requirements for shipping via airlines, including a minimum age of 9 weeks and 4 days, and the need for a veterinarian health/acclimation certificate. Some airlines also have temperature restrictions.
The cost of shipping will depend on factors such as the size of the crate and the weight of the puppy. We prioritize the safe and comfortable shipping of our puppies, ensuring they arrive in good health. Shipping via airlines or using specialized pet transport trucks are both viable options.
